This PR add the following controls:

Video controls (Brightness, Contrast, Sharpness)
Use motion detection zone (app: "Activity area") - Enable monitoring for specific area within the frame to improve surveillance efficiency.
Auto-trigger siren (app: "Trigger Siren") - The trigger will automatically sound an alarm when the camera detects abnormal or suspicious activity

and device restart button.

What exactly is this? I don't understand it from the translation_key or the translation string.

I added a description of this control in PR description. This is what it looks like in the app:

I couldn't think of a better name.

Maybe "specific_area_monitoring" / "Monitor specific area" would be more understable for english users and for translators

I updated the name to "Motion Detection Zone". What do you think?

Maybe add "Use" prefix? Use motion detection zone

I've renamed several entities so we can group them in the UI. The word "Brightness" itself is also ambiguous, as it can refer to both an LED light and an video.
